1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
www.carelifcom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and most other international destinations.
If we are unable to ship to your country, we will contact you via email to arrange a refund.
5. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Issues & Damaged Items
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@carelif.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  info@carelif.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
